Frequently Asked Questions

Digital Billboard Advertising, Explained

How do I get started?

Tell us about your business, your target audience, and the areas you want to reach. We can discuss available digital billboard locations, advertising schedules, opportunities to build a campaign around your objectives, and creative possibilities. Please explore our campaign builder tool.

How do digital billboard slots and loops work?

Each of our digital billboards runs on a continuous 60-second loop. Within that loop, each advertisement receives a 7.5-second dwell time. A full advertising slot means your ad appears at least once every 60 seconds.

What is a flight?

A flight is a four-week advertising period. We use four-week flights rather than calendar months to provide a consistent advertising schedule.

Can you help design my advertisement?

Yes. We can use ready-made artwork, work with your existing graphics to develop billboard creative, or start from scratch.

Which types of artwork work?

We work with a variety of common advertising file formats, including JPG, PNG, and PDF. For the best results, we recommend high-resolution artwork with clear text, strong contrast, and a simple, memorable message.

Is it better to advertise on one billboard or several?

The right approach depends on your goals, audience, and budget. A single billboard can be effective for reaching traffic in a specific corridor or promoting a business near a particular location. However, advertising across multiple boards generally offers a stronger opportunity to build market-wide awareness. Each additional location creates another opportunity for exposure, while a coordinated message helps make your brand more recognizable across the areas you serve. We can help you identify a combination of locations that fits your objectives and makes the most of your advertising investment.

Should I advertise on multiple digital billboards?

Depending on your business priorities, the power of the network can be greater than the power of a single location. Advertising across multiple digital billboards expands your presence, creating more opportunities for potential customers to encounter your message along their daily routes. With a broader network, your campaign can reach more geographic areas, connect with different audiences, and reinforce brand recognition through repeated exposure. For many advertisers, the greatest opportunity is not simply being seen once, but building familiarity over time.
